Pure Heart Reiki honours the traditional Usui lineage and integrates everything we’ve learned over decades about emotions, the nervous system, consciousness and heart‑led living. Whether you’re drawn to Reiki for your own healing, to support family and friends, or as part of a professional pathway, this page will help you understand how Pure Heart Reiki works here and which level is right for you.
Pure Heart Reiki sits firmly in the Usui lineage. That means there is a clear, traceable history behind the energy and teachings you are receiving. Lineage matters. It builds trust, consistency and integrity in how Reiki is taught, practised and passed on.
Where Pure Heart Reiki becomes unique is in how we hold and integrate it.
We don’t just hand you symbols and hand positions and send you on your way. Reiki here is woven with:
emotional healing and inner‑child awareness,
nervous‑system‑ and trauma‑aware practices,
an understanding of different levels of consciousness,
and heart‑led living and leadership.
Because of this, Reiki training:

For many people, learning Reiki inside a bigger container is the most supportive option, because your emotional, energetic and practitioner development evolve together.

As part of a larger pathway
Reiki 1 & 2 are included in Head to Heart Emotional Healer’s Training.
Reiki 1, 2 & 3 are part of the 12‑Month Pure Heart Practitioner Certification.
This is our recommended way to learn if you know you’re called to emotional healing or a full practitioner path.
As stand‑alone Pure Heart Reiki training
If you feel very clear that Reiki is the next piece and you want to focus there, you can receive Reiki Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 (Master) or Master Teacher as individual trainings, by appointment.
The sections below describe the stand‑alone levels so you can feel which is right for this season of your life.
Investment: $420 AUD
Format: 2 days, 10am–3pm (in person on the Gold Coast or online)
Pure Heart Reiki Level 1 is your introduction to Reiki in the Usui Pure Heart lineage and to working safely with your own energy. Unlike many generic “Reiki 1” courses, this training is held inside a trauma‑aware, emotionally intelligent container.
In Level 1 we focus on:
understanding what Reiki is and how it flows through the Usui Pure Heart lineage,
learning to sense and work with your own body and energy field with care,
building a simple, nourishing self‑healing practice you can return to daily,
starting to recognise your own emotional and nervous‑system patterns as you work with the energy.
This level is ideal if you want to:
begin by supporting yourself first,
deepen your connection to your own heart and inner guidance,
and experience Reiki in a way that honours both energy and emotion.
Investment: $580 AUD
Format: 2 days, 10am–3pm (in person on the Gold Coast or online)
Pure Heart Reiki Level 2 deepens your relationship with Reiki and opens the door to sharing it with others—in a way that is nervous‑system aware and emotionally grounded.
In Level 2 we focus on:
receiving and working with the Pure Heart Level 2 symbols from the Usui lineage,
practising hands‑on Reiki for others in a safe, ethical way,
learning distant healing and how to hold someone in your field without over‑extending yourself,
understanding how emotions, energy and the nervous system interact in a session.
What makes this different from standard Reiki 2 is the emphasis on:
emotional awareness – noticing what is yours vs what is your client’s,
energetic boundaries – staying in your own centre while you support others,
and integration – helping people ground and process what arises, rather than just “sending energy and hoping for the best”.
Level 2 is for you if you feel ready to:
share Reiki with family, friends or clients,
begin seeing yourself as an energy practitioner,
and learn to hold space without abandoning yourself.
Investment: $380 AUD
Format: 3‑hour (in person or online, by appointment)
Pure Heart Reiki Level 3 is a Master‑level attunement in the Usui Pure Heart lineage. Here, “mastery” is not about status. It’s about a deeper level of energetic leadership and inner alignment.
In Level 3 we focus on:
receiving the Usui Pure Heart Master‑level attunement,
clarifying your relationship with Reiki as a lifelong practice,
refining how Reiki moves through your work, relationships and self‑care,
exploring what it means for you personally to carry this level of energy in a trauma‑aware, heart‑centred way.
What makes Pure Heart Reiki Level 3 different is that we:
anchor the Master energy into your real life (not just your practitioner identity),
look honestly at how you use your sensitivity, intuition and influence,
and support you to live in a way that reflects the depth of the energy you’ve received.
This level is for you if you:
are already working with Reiki regularly,
feel called to deepen your commitment to this lineage and energy,
and are ready to let Reiki shape how you lead yourself and others, not just how you run sessions.

Format: In person on the Gold Coast (details arranged individually)
The Master Teacher level is for those who feel a genuine call to teach and pass on Pure Heart Reiki within the Usui lineage, and to hold students in a way that honours both hearts and nervous systems.
You’ll be supported to:
learn how to attune others in the Usui Pure Heart lineage,
facilitate training days that include emotional and energetic safety,
and integrate teaching with your own unique way of serving your community.
Access to this level is by invitation or request, so we can make sure the timing and readiness are right on both sides.
Stand‑alone Pure Heart Reiki trainings are offered by appointment, so we can make sure the timing and level are right for you.

Our Sunday Night Distant Reiki Healing Circle is a gentle way to keep your own system nourished while you’re supporting others. Each Sunday night you’re included in a distant Reiki session to calm your nervous system and clear your field, and you receive both a personal oracle card for your week ahead and a collective card for the group theme.
It’s an ideal companion to your Reiki journey—offering soft, consistent support between trainings, practice sessions and everyday life, without adding more to your calendar.
